Problem Note 57626: Incorrect parameter signs with binary response and LINK=GLOGIT in PROC HPLOGISTIC
If the response is binary and the LINK=GLOGIT option is specified, the estimated parameters have incorrect signs. This will also affect predicted probabilities, causing the predicted probability for the event level to actually be the predicted probability for the nonevent level. To avoid the problem, simply remove the LINK=GLOGIT option.
